Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This document serves as the terms and conditions agreement between the student and the instructor of the E-Courses offered y The Texture Muse (Lexi Gilbert) on the Thinkific platform. By enrolling in this course, the student agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Course Content
The E-Courses are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create plaster artwork. The instructor reserves the right to modify the course content at any time to ensure the course remains relevant and up-to-date.
Payment
The fee for the E-Course must be paid to access course content. Refunds will not be provided for the course once content has been accessed.
Intellectual Property
The course content, including but not limited to video tutorials, written materials, and images, is the intellectual property of the instructor and is protected by copyright law. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or sell the course content without the written consent of the instructor.
Limitation of Liability
Lexi Gilbert/The Texture Muse, the instructor of the E-Courses, is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of the student's participation in the course. The student acknowledges that they participate in the course at their own risk and that the instructor is not responsible for any harm or injury that may occur during the course or as a result of the course.
Termination
The instructor reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment in the E-Course at any time if the student breaches these terms and conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the student and the instructor and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
By enrolling in an E-Course provided by The Texture Muse, the student acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
